Hello! I'm Mary Lofgren.

I am the creator of Come To Your Senses, a podcast and community that explores how to live bravely and beautifully through a lifestyle of feminine embodiment. 

In the coaching, classes and retreats that I offer, I blend the the beauty of self-discovery with the pleasures of the body, and a little adornment on the side. 

I am an award wining Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach.  I love spirituality and stilettos.  I'm a truth seeker and a beauty lover.  Art gives me life. Depth and delight are two of my core values. 💋  

Through my 22 year career in the embodied arts, my teachings have empowered people through mindfulness, somatics, emotional intelligence and mindset, as well as beauty, great food, distinctive style, and slow living.
